Bangladesh Computer Council
Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) is the government entrusted organization with the responsibility to deal with matters related to computerization renders advisory services to different government departments, organizations and autonomous bodies. BCC has provided contribution for the computerization of about one hundred and forty organizations during the period of 1990-91 to 1996-97. Bangladesh Government has introduced an ICT Internship Program for the computer manpower of the country in order to improve their skills required for the highly competitive global ICT market. Under this program, an incumbent with the qualifications as noted here will get the facility to gain valuable experience through an attachment with a software or ICT company for six months. The experience will immensely be beneficial for employment in the highly competitive internal and foreign ICT market.
Demanded Requirements:4-year Graduation certificate holder, or students appeared in the final semester exam (with CGPA 3.0 or more in the previous exams) of Computer Science/Engineering, or 4-year diploma certificate holder in any ICT subject from Government recognized institutes, or Graduate in any subject with Post Graduate Diploma (one year) in any ICT subject. Bangladeshi citizen having overseas Degree/ Diploma in ICT may also apply. Age below or equal to 30 year(s) is advised to apply.
Salary Negotiable: Interns Allowances: Interns allowance is Tk. 5000/- per month in time of Internship. Government provides 60% (monthly Tk.3, 000) and company will provide the rest 40% (Tk.2, 000) for the services of the Interns. No other allowances/financial benefits will be given.

The candidates can download the prescribed form from BCC’s website (www.bcc.net.bd) or can collect from BCC’s office in time of office hour. The candidates must submit two passport size photographs and attested copies of Mark sheets/ Transcripts of SSC, HSC and other academic degrees with the application.
